The Design Process
Though every web design project is different, the following is a representation of our general guidelines for an average custom project.
Phase 1
After receiving a completed web design questionnaire where you can express your thoughts on the project, we will begin researching your business, your client base, your competitors, and many other aspects that should be given thought before designing your website. During this time you may be given some suggested reading concerning the project.
Phase 2
If you live within a 30 mile radius of Cape Girardeau, Missouri we will set up a free 1 hour consultation to discuss your objectives, expectations, and what to expect from our services. Phase 1 is essential before the designer can begin the project. Information gathered in our consultation, email, and phone will be used to design a mock up of the website and email it to you. Depending on your package your site may undergo 3-6 revisions if needed to finalize your custom design.
The time table is usually between 1-4 weeks depending on the level of communication.
Phase 3
After you have had the opportunity to review our concepts, it's time to begin implementing the layout. Following the completion and approval of your design we will upload your site to your domain and make any final adjustments necessary. After you have had the chance to review your new custom web design you will sign off the project and this completes the design project.
How long does it take?
All of our custom projects include deadlines to ensure that your website is completed as quickly as possible; however, the process is dependant upon you as well. We rely on your initial information, feedback, and continued communication.
