Delicate VHS tapes are prone to problems such as fading, stretching, and creases in their magnetic tape. It only makes since to preserve your memories by transferring them to DVD which has a far greater lifespan.

Are you still wondering why DVD? DVD is the defacto standard for home entertainment systems. The advent of DVD has given several advantages that analogue tapes could not. The first and most important advantage of DVD is its longevity. The Magnetic tape in VHS deteriorates over time. Secondly, is flexibility and customization in how you may place the data on the medium. With DVD we may move instantly to a section on the disc which is not possible with analogue tapes. Also, DVD has the ability to hold higher resolution video.

Our VHS to DVD conversion service includes converting your VHS video to a DVD along with a custom DVD case. The DVD and DVD case will be labeled displaying each track.

Red Baron Web Design will require the VHS tape, 2 scannable pictures or 2 digital images for the cover, and the preferred DVD title. Red Baron Web Design will either pick up and deliver your tape(s) locally or you can drop them off and pick them up when they are finished. Below is a list of our prices.

Pickup and Delivery $3.00

Red Baron Web Design does all of it's pickups and deleverys on Thursdays. Customers that use our pickup and delivery service will recieve thir converted DVD(s) on the next Thursday. If the customer picks up and delivers their content their order may be finished within a couple days. Processing time for large orders may vary.
